| 72" Used Dusenbery Model 800 AC Center Surface Slitter. We are offering this machine completely rebuilt, in like new condition, and with custom modifications available. The machine is designed to use slipping differential rewind shafts and core spacers. It is currently equipped with 62" shafts and can expand to 72" if desired. The rewind shafts are hydraulically driven. The original hydraulic main drive is being replaced with a new Eurotherm AC Vector 30 HP drive with new cabinets and controls with a Black Max Vector duty motor. We are equipping this machine with a 48" diameter Kampf shaftless floor pick-up unwind. The machine comes with a Tidland pneumatic female knife shaft and 11 Dusenbery style male knife holders for shear slitting. The rewind is up to 32" in diameter. This will be a very versatile high speed slitter/rewinder. | |||
