| Used Webex 56” Laminating Line. Serial Number WX9301. Consists of a 40" OD capacity unwind stand with tension control with Mag Power Model DDC and a 12" diameter Montalvo brake. Second unwind stand has a 21" OD capacity and a driven idler roll, and 12" diameter Montalvo brake. Both unwind stands have dancer rolls. The laminator consists of an 8" diameter x 60" wide steel roll driven by a 3 HP DC and a 6" diameter x 60" wide rubber roll. Two Pneumatic cylinders push the bottom roll up against the top roll. Single position 30" diameter rewind stand driven by a 15 HP DC motor. With dancer roll and 3" diameter air shaft. The unwinds, laminator and rewind are each controlled by individual Dynamax Flux Vector drive. Originally manufactured in 1993. This line is very clean and in good operating condition. Full documentation is available. Capable of laminating paper, film and vinyl. | |||
