2007 Dusenbery model 1035 duplex slitter rewinder. Maximum speed of the machine is 1200 FPM. Maximum rewind diameter of 32". 6" indirect friction cantilever rewind shafts with center supports, Benick can supply 3" shafts if needed. Rewind roll pushers and rewind core positioning system. Two full web width top riding rolls mounted on a tracking carriage. Rewind roll unloading tree that rotates 90 deg and 90 deg to place the finished rewound roll in the horizontal plane for easy removal. Dienes Module IX fully automatic shear knife positioning system, set up with 22 male and female knifes with a minimum slit width of 80mm, web in during sit width change. Over head web path to keep material away from the floor. Siemens PLC and drive control system, four motor AC vector drive, two rewind drives, one main and one unwind drive. Ion systems anti static control with full width bars at the rewind. All the idlers and pull rolls are rubber covered with diamond grove pattern. Unwind is a Dusenbery model 267 shaftless pick up from the floor, driven, controlled with dancer roll feed back. Maximum unwind diameter is 50". Fife CDP-01 automatic edge guide. Special splice table located in front of the unwind, it rotates in towards the unwind roll for splicing. The splice table has vacuum hold down and the angle is 90 deg.. A pair of oscillating trim winders are included, maximum trim width is 1.250". Full documentation is included, all schematics, parts list, manuals and mechanical drawings. Safety items included, 2 safety mats and a STI laser scanner system. The Dusenbery can be see running. |
