54" Used Dusenbery Model 810 Duplex Center Slitter Rewinder. SN: 45900. This machine is the most basic duplex center winder ever built. It comes with a pair of 3" single differential rewind shafts, the winding is the same as a Dusenbery 635. If your material requires top riding rolls, they can be fitted on this machine. Maximum speed is 300 FPM and a rewind diameter of 16". The unwind diameter is 30" with a manual edge guide. Slitting is razor in air only with driven rolls before and after slitting. Unwind shaft is 1 15/16" with unwind chucks for 3" ID cores, other chucks are available. The drive is a Reliance 5 HP single motor. Air cooled unwind brake. This machine is mostly used for light gauge films. |
