Dusenbery model 635JD L1 single motor drive. This Dusenbery comes with 4 zone differential rewind tension control with 3” aluminum rewind shafts. It has a maximum speed of 500FPM. Cork rubber covers the pull rolls [2] and the idlers. Slitting is razor in air and can be converted to shear if needed. The maximum rewind diameter is 21” with top riding rolls and 24” without top riding rolls. This machine was manufactured in the late 1980’s and as you can see from the photos it is in very good condition. A two preset counter is included that will stop the machine automatically at a predetermine length. The unwind can take a master roll up to 32” in diameter and the unwind tension is control with an air cooled brake. Edge guiding has been updated to a Fife P-50 edge sensing only. Mounted to the 3” unwind shaft is a bag edge adjustment for baggy material. A spreader roll is included to remove wrinkles on thin gauge films prior to slitting. Optional back light inspection area for checking for defects. |
