| Atlas Model CW2 Duplex cantilever slitter, new in 1990. The rewind on this machine are cantilever swing out for easy unloading. The differential rewind shafts use rollocks for locking the rewound roll to the winding shafts. Maximum rewind diameter with lay on rolls is 30" and there are three sets of pneumatic arm included. Maximum speed of the machine is 1000FPM. Eurotherm three motor DC drive system, rewind, main drive and driven unwind. Slitting is razor in a grove roll on 1/8" centers. A vacuum splice table is included with a 90 degree splice angle. The unwind is shaftless with pick up from the floor. Maximum unwind diameter is 48" and minimum width roll is 32". Edge guide is a Fife CDP-01 line or edge. The unwind is driven with closed loop unwind tension control through a dancer roll. | |||
