Atlas Duplex turret, cantilever rewind, new in 1984. The rewind on this machine are cantilever swing out for easy unloading. The dual turret has automatic cut off and transfer. The differential rewind shafts use rollocks for locking the rewound roll to the winding shafts. Maximum rewind diameter with lay on rolls is 21" and there are three sets of pneumatic arm included. Maximum speed of the machine is 1000FPM. Eurotherm two motor DC drive system, rewind, main drive. Slitting is razor in a grove roll on 1/8" centers. A vacuum splice table is included with a 90 degree splice angle. The unwind is shaftless with pick up from the floor. Maximum unwind diameter is 48" and minimum width roll is 32". Edge guide is a BST line or edge. The unwind tension is control is a air cooled brake with closed loop unwind tension control through a dancer roll. |
