Dusenbery 635 Cantilevered Modification
Picture below is another satisfied customer viewing the acceptance trial
of a recently rebuilt and modified Dusenbery 635. The conversion of the
rewind to a cantilevered design makes unloading finished product a
breeze.
Arrow 325 Rebuild Here is an Arrow Model 325 we rebuilt for a customer requiring very
narrow width slitting. The requirements involved a variety of substrates
slit down to 1/4 inch width. We also provided operator training here at
Benick and at the new owners facility.
NICELY EQUIPPED REBUILD
Here is a nice example of a slitter we refurbished to run coated foils
for a battery application. We used an REM 3250 for the base platform.
The machine was stretched from 18" wide to accommodate a 24" web. We
replaced and recovered idlers with chrome. The slitting section was
modified to optimize slit edge quality and we also added web cleaning
units. Trials were run here at Benick and our customer was pleased with
his machine and its capabilities.
NEW INSTALLATION
Here is a beautiful
2001 Dusenbery Model 835 we have delivered and installed for one of our
valued customers. In addition to the sale and installation we are
providing operator training and ongoing technical support!
THREES A CHARM
This customer was so happy with our services that they bought three of
our refurbished slitters. In this installation we also provided operator
training.
